1 avocado
1 large clove garlic, diced
juice of 1/4 lime
1/4 - 1/2 t salt
1 T chopped cilantro
1 serrano pepper, diced
1 large strawberry, diced
Pit and mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients, except strawberry, and mix well. Fold in strawberry. Garnish with a couple slivers of strawberry, if desired.
